I teach an online astronomy course at Quinsigamond Community College (Worcester, MA), and much of the content is delivered through videos. YouTube generates captions automatically, but these are not perfect and the errors may impede the learning of any of my students who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing. I have the videos set up to allow the public to edit the captions.

Qualifications:
Fluent in both spoken and written English (at a native speaker level ideally); good attention to detail; and either has taken an astronomy course, or knowledge of basic astronomy due to personal interest, or willingness to look up the spelling of unfamiliar words to make sure the right words are used.
